Admissions Procedure

We deeply appreciate your interest in Veritas Varsity, the most innovative Waco private school.  We understand fully the importance of the decision you are making about where to place your child for their high school years.  This is also an important decision for us, one that we will not make lightly.  Our school is a very special program; we believe it is an excellent one.  It is certainly a decisive departure from the norm, as far as traditional schools are concerned.  We want to make sure that our school and your child are a good fit for one another.  The following steps will help assure that.

0. Call the school office and inform us of your interest in Veritas Varsity.  We will schedule an appointment to visit with you in person about our school.
0. Following our initial interview, if you would like to pursue admission into our program, complete an application.  This will be given to you during our interview or you may print it from the PDF file on our website.  Return it to the office via mail or in person. 
0. Give the teacher recommendation form included with the application to one of your child's teachers.  Ask that teacher to complete the form to the best of their ability and return it to the school directly.  We suggest that you include a stamped envelope addressed to the school to help facilitate that. 
0. You will be contacted once the completed application and recommendation form have been received and reviewed.  At this time we will invite you back for a formal admission interview with your child (the applicant).
0. Following the interview it is likely that you will be informed immediately of the school's decision regarding your child's admission into Veritas Varsity. 
0. Subsequent to this acceptance it will be necessary to complete a Financial Agreement Form and make your payment of the registration fee ($400) and first month's payment for whatever payment plan you select.

1ST SEMESTER NO RISK INTRODUCTORY OFFER

Veritas Varsity is unique among Waco private schools in offering the following, no-risk introductory payment plan to all incoming students.  With the understanding that it takes time in any new school setting to adjust and adapt to new people, policies, and places we offer all incoming students the option of withdrawing from our program at mid-term (between the fall and spring semesters) with NO contractual obligation for the remaining 6 payments on the payment plan.  Also, since this first semester is a trial period of sorts, we also reduce the amount of the tuition payment by over 50%!  On a 12-month payment plan the monthly tuition payment would be $575.00, however, for the first semester a student is enrolled in our program they pay only $275/month (for 6 months).  The registration fee and those first six payments are non-refundable, but this generous introductory offer is unique among all Waco private schools.  If you are dissatisfied with the education your child is receiving -- for ANY reason -- you may opt out at the semester break with absolutely no further obligation to the school!  That's how much we believe in what we are doing.  We're convinced you are going to be finishing, not only the remainder of the first year with us, but also the remaining years of your child's high school education!
